šš»āāļøAdd resistance with incline runs - run a bridge, hill or add incline on the treadmill.
šš»āāļøAdd resistance with changing the footing - sand, trail running or grass.
šš»āāļøAdd speed work - tempo runs, fartlek runs (blending endurance with speed) or sprints.
